2) please submit your real name or at least something that sounds like one.
3) you don't have to have a web site. Just put "n/a" in the "http://" blank.

if you do have a site:
4) No hate, no racism, no porn....etc.
5) Put the code up before you join.
6) The code must be up at all times, even if you're on not around. It can be on another page than your main page but the other page must be clearly linked to. (ie. "joined" or "fanlistings")
7) Do NOT direct link the codes, Lisa'll kill me! Plus, it's impolite
